CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY

For me, Chinese Calligraphy brings peace and tranquility. With brush in hand, I can relax and feel the energy of the strokes. I have my mentor, Joy Harvey, noted calligrapher, to thank for instructing me in this beautiful art form. While I also practice the Kai style of calligraphy, my favorites are the more free-flowing Running and Grass styles. What a way to be totally lost in a day of pleasure!
